Return Policy

 

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery provided that the product is not engraved or used. We will make a full refund once the product gets to our warehouse.

Sadly, we do not run exchange services, and as such, you will need to place a new order for your preferred product once you get your refund.

Note that you will have to cover the cost incurred in returning the product as we do not offer free returns. Furthermore, Gobeautyskin will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Please make sure that the products returned must come in a saleable condition.

Damage Upon Arrival

Immediately you receive the product; we recommend you inspect the product for damages. In the case of a defect, ensure you make a report within 28 days. It is advisable to make a report immediately to avoid any delay.

To enforce an immediate return, you must fill the carrier's delivery note or refuse the product entirely upon inspection.

Faulty Goods

In the case where you need to return a faulty product, ensure you pack all original contents, accessories, and packaging before sending it.

Once we receive the product, we will carry out our inspection to determine the fault. If we find no fault, we will send the product back to you with an extra shipping fee incurred.

If we find a fault in the product, we will make a refund or send a replacement while bearing the cost of shipping.

 Warranty

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your product during the warranty period. Please make sure that you still have with you the original proof of purchase.

We offer a 12 month warranty period for all products purchased from us.
